Applications are now being accepted for enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year for grades K-7.   All North Carolina residents who are eligible to attend public schools are welcome to apply.

The Open Enrollment period will run through January 30, 2021.  Applications must be submitted by that day to be included in the lottery which will be held on February 1st.  Applications received after the Open Enrollment period will be  added to the waiting list on a first come, first served basis.  

Parents who submitted applications during the open enrollment period will be notified immediately after the lottery by email of their child’s status.

Current students do not need to reapply for next year.  Siblings of current students DO need to apply through the online application portal.  Siblings will be given preference for admission.  Preference does not guarantee an offer of enrollment but it makes it very likely.
